V Znamení Slnka Arequito x Macumba de la Paco Cassa

HD- A, ED-0, BAER +/+, Full scissors bite

A son of our Arequito from Macumba’s second litter, he represents the second generation of V Znamení Slnka. We had not originally planned to keep him, and he has no particular role in our breeding programme, yet he unexpectedly became our new leader.

An unassuming dog whose temperament is an excellent example of the Dogo Argentino breed standard. He takes part in official group hunts alongside other dogs and unfamiliar people without any problems, while retaining the toughness of a true Dogo Argentino.

He began achieving results in the 2023 season, but his breakthrough came in 2024, when he reached his full potential.

Among his achievements in 2024, he won the Open Class against 30 males at Europe’s largest specialty show, S.A.D.A.K. Serbia (137 dogs in total), and was the second-best male at the show, behind his “uncle” Amarante. A few weeks later, Carino won a working competition against a very tough opponent, competing among Europe’s best hunting dogs. He can proudly carry the title Absolute Winner 2024 for the rest of his life.
