Dogo Argentino Slovakia Club Show 2025
123 dogs entered – the highest entry that year

Judge: Ulises d´Andrea Norez, Argentina

Since Lukáš became club president, we have followed a rule: we do not show our own dogs in competition. This is not about political games. It simply means the judge is not put under pressure, and other breeders can feel confident that their dogs have been judged impartially, without influence from the organisers. For us, the strength of the club and the quality of its shows make this worthwhile.
That makes us all the happier to see V Znamení Slnka so well represented by high-quality dogs owned by our friends, even when we do not compete ourselves.

This time, however, we broke our rule and entered one of our own dogs after all… None other than our queen, our most successful show female, the one who brought us our first successes and the heart of our kennel, making her debut in a class we could hardly believe she had reached – Veterans.

MACUMBA DE LA PACO CASSA – Exc., 1st place in Veteran Class, Club Veteran Winner, Best Veteran in Show

SADAK Serbia Specialty Show 2024
127 dogs entered – the highest entry that year

Judges: Marion Pinelli, Italy & Pedro Goncalves, Portugal

I still cannot believe what happened that weekend… Even a year later, I cannot believe it, and perhaps I never will. During our 10 years of breeding, we have always been humble and happy with our small steps, small victories and podium places. Specialty shows, especially SADAK, have always been the pinnacle, where we could not even dream of results like these.

I do not know whom to thank first, but all these victories belong to our entire kennel and team: the owners of ALL our puppies, the breeders of our breeding dogs and the dogs behind them, and the friends who support us along the way – you all know who you are!

But my biggest thanks go to my Anička for her EXCELLENT handling in truly strong competition against the best in Europe.

❤️ These results meant that V Znameni Slnka presented 8 prize-winning dogs in the Best Breeders’ Group ring.

❤️ All three males in the BEST MALE ring were bred by us. Our males won every single class.

❤️ Two sisters, aged 9 months and 9 days, took 1st and 2nd place in a strong Junior Class of 14 females.

❤️ Two brothers from our C litter achieved podium places in a strong male class.

❤️ Two dogs bred by us reached the podium in Junior Class.

❤️ And last but not least – the BEST HEAD title finally went where we had hoped it would from the day Blacky was born: to Kragujevac, Serbia 💥

A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ❤️ WE KEEP WORKING ❤️ BREEDING IS COOPERATION

Dogo Argentino Slovakia Club Specialty Show 2024
102 dogs entered

Judges: Gabriel Walter Speziale & Marcos Wiltberg, Argentina

As organisers, we decided not to compete at this show with our own dogs. All the dogs listed here belong to other people – our friends and fellow breeders. That makes us all the prouder that 9 V Znamení Slnka dogs represented us in the Best Breeders’ Group competition and also achieved wonderful results in their individual classes.

Thank you, V Znamení Slnka family!
